How to fry fish deliciously: will be lean and very juicy

INGREDIENTS:

1. White fish fillet - 1 kg.

2. Oil for frying - 10 g.

3. Onions - 1 pc.

4. Carrots - 1 pc.

5. Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.

6. Sour cream - 200 g.

7. Hard cheese - 150 g.

8. Salt and pepper - to taste.

HOW TO COOK:

1. Put the fish on the bottom of the mold. Then put fied onions and carrots on top and smooth out.

2. Mix eggs, sour cream and grated cheese . Season with salt and pepper and add the mixture to the baking dish.

3. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
