Method of preparation:

1. Wash and chop the tomatoes.

2. Put layers on cling film (or a regular bag), and wrap.

3. Put them in the freezer for several hours, preferably overnight.

Then transfer the tomatoes to a ziplock bag and store them in the freezer!
