2. Then dry the product with a paper towel.
3. Wrap the ginger in plastic wrap and place in an airtight bag.
Freezing cut ginger root
1. First, wash, peel, and cut the ginger into strips or slices.
2. Put in an airtight bag.
Freezing grated ginger root
1. Wash and peel the ginger root.
2. Grate it on a fine grater.
3. Form balls from the resulting mass and place on a baking sheet. Cover with cling film and freeze.
4. Then put the balls in containers and store in the freezer.
