How to deliciously pickle cherry tomatoes for the winter: a quick appetizer recipe
Pickled cherry tomatoes are a very tasty and unusual preparation for the winter. In addition to the rich taste and incredible aroma, cherry tomatoes give an aesthetic appearance to various salads, meat and fish dishes, and cold and hot appetizers.

Ingredients:
- cherry tomatoes - 2.8-3 kg
- garlic - 12 cloves
- sugar - 135 g
- vinegar - 135 ml
- salt - 65 g
- peppercorns - 35-40 pcs
- dill - a bunch
- parsley - a bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Put dill and parsley, a few cloves of garlic, and bay leaves in sterile jars.
2. Put the tomatoes in.
3. Cover with boiling water. Close the lids and turn the jars upside down. Leave it for 30 minutes.
4. After that, open the jars and drain the water from them into one saucepan.
5. Add peas, salt, sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil.
6. Fill the jars with the resulting marinade.
7. Seal the jars and turn them upside down. Allow to cool completely.
