Ingredients:
- pepper - 1 kg.
- apples - 1 kg (hard and sour)
- bay leaves
- cloves
- peppercorns
Ingredients for the marinade:
- water - 1 liter.
- sugar - 100 g
- salt - 1 tsp.
- apple cider vinegar - 4-5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the pepper, cut it into pieces.
2. Cook: green and yellow for 5 minutes, red for 10-12 minutes).
3. Cut the unpeeled apples into pieces and core them.
4. Put 1 bay leaf, 2 cloves, 5 peppercorns on the bottom of the jar.
5. Put the peppers and apples in the jar, pour the marinade.
6. Close the lids.
