How to cook young cabbage deliciously: a complete hearty dish

Young cabbage is often used to make fresh salads. But this product can be used to make a hearty, complete meal. You will need minced meat and a lot of cheese.

The idea of cooking steaks from young cabbage was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname ann_.and_.food. Baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • young cabbage
  • minced meat
  • onion
  • salt, pepper
  • oil
  • tomatoes
  • hard cheese
  • sour cream (mayonnaise)

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the young cabbage into 2 cm wide steaks.

2. Add the onion (grated or blended), salt and pepper to the minced meat.

3. Put parchment on a baking sheet.

4. Brush with oil.

5. Put the cabbage.

6. Brush the cabbage with oil and salt on both sides.

7. Put the minced meat to completely cover the cabbage.

8. Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

9. Cut the tomato into squares, add grated hard cheese, sour cream or mayonnaise (seasonings as desired).

10. Take the steaks out of the oven, put a cap of tomatoes and cheese.

11. Put in the oven for another 15 minutes.

12. Decorate as desired.
