The recipe for the perfect pork stew was shared on the Filizhanka Kavu portal. They chose pork shoulder for its preparation. According to the author, this option is suitable for those who are cooking this dish for the first time.

Ingredients:

  • pork (shoulder) - 5 kg
  • salt, allspice, black pepper, freshly ground peas, bay leaf.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into large pieces and season with salt and pepper (marinate for 2 hours).

2. Sterilize the jars and lids.

3. Pour spices on the bottom of the jar, then put the meat, and cover with foil.

4. Place the jars on a wire rack in a cold oven. Put a baking sheet with water on the bottom. Set the temperature to 150 °C and cook for 4 hours after the juice inside the jar boils.

5. Close the jars.
