Champignons are very tasty and easy-to-cook mushrooms that can be fried, salted, pickled, added to salads, and stuffed. They also make light, rich soups and sauces.

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms – 400 g
Mushrooms for cooking
  • Chicken fillet – 100 g
  • Onion – 1/2 pc
Recipe for pickled mushrooms
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Salt and pepper – to taste
Fresh dill
  • Dill – 10 g

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stem, pick out the center with a spoon.

2. Fillings: finely chop the fillet, onion, and mushroom legs and fry until tender.

3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Stuff the mushrooms with the prepared filling, and sprinkle the mushrooms with cheese on top.

5. Put them on a baking sheet or in a mold and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 C.
