If you just want to boil shrimp, remember that prolonged heat treatment will make the product tasteless and give it a rubbery consistency. For example, boiled frozen shrimp should be put into boiling water and cooked for no more than 3-4 minutes. Pre-defrosting is not necessary.

In this case, add plenty of salt, your favorite spices, and lots of herbs. Dill tastes best with shrimp. Remove the cooked shrimp from the water, peel them, sprinkle with lemon juice, and serve.

Pour water into a saucepan (the amount of water should be 2-3 times more than the amount of shrimp). Add salt and wait for the water to boil. Throw the shrimp into the boiling water and cook for 3-7 minutes, depending on the size. For example, small Black Sea shrimp will be ready in 3 minutes, while king prawns require 7 minutes. Serve with dill and lemon juice.
