For example, they can be cooked in a baking  sleeve along with chicken thighs. It turns out to be a rather satisfying and delicious dish that will also find its place on the holiday table.

Marinade for chicken:

  • chicken thighs - 1 kg
  • garlic - 4-5 cloves
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tbsp
  • red hot pepper, salt, black pepper and other favorite spices

  • sour cream/kefir - 3 tbsp
  • garlic - 2 cloves

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and dry the chicken thighs with paper towels. Put in a deep container.

2. Add all the ingredients for the marinade to the meat (pass the garlic through a press) and mix thoroughly so that each thigh is covered with the marinade. Cover the container with foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
