How to cook potatoes so that they are healthy: recipe from a nutritionist
Potatoes are a product that can be cooked in many different ways and still taste delicious. It is also added to salads, casseroles, cutlets, zrazy, pancakes, pizza dough. It can also be fried and baked with spices.
Nutritionist Svitlana Levytska shared a recipe for delicious and healthy potatoes, which should first be boiled and then baked, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 10 pcs.
- salt - 1/3 tbsp.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- dill - bunch
- spices
- butter - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes, put them in a saucepan, add salt and water and cook until soft.
2. Then put them on a baking sheet, crush them a little with a glass and pour melted butter over.
3. Put in the oven and cook at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
4. Melt some butter in a frying pan, add the chopped garlic and dill, then the potatoes and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Serve the dish hot with herbs.
