Liver is a very healthy and nutritious product. But at the same time, it has a very specific taste and smell. Therefore, to make the liver in a dish soft, juicy, and tasty, you need to follow a special cooking technique.
Food blogger Svitlana Levytska (lanas_diet) shared how to cook liver properly on her Instagram page. According to this technology, the liver is first soaked in milk and then stuffed with lard.

Ingredients:
- beef liver - 1 kg
- lard - 50 g
- onion - 2 pieces
- celery - 2 stalks
- parsley - a bunch
- butter - 30 g
- salt
- pepper
- flour - 1 tbsp
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp

Method of preparation:
1. Peel the liver from the films and veins, and soak it in milk for several hours. Dry it. Cut into portions.

8. Simmer under the lid until tender. Check readiness by piercing – there should be no pink juice. I stewed for another 15 minutes.

9. You do not need to cook for a very long time, because the liver will be hard.
