Ingredients:

  • Liver - 500 g
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Plums - 7-8 pcs.
  • Spices 1 tbsp.
  • Salt, sugar, pepper - to taste
  • Water - 200 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the liver, remove films, then roll in flour and fry.

2- Separately fry the onions with the spices.

3. Place the liver and plums on top of the onions and pour in the water. Stew until soft.
