Lazy belyashi with kefir

Ingredients:

  • minced meat
  • kefir
  • flour
  • onion
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • baking soda - 0.5 tsp
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • greens

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix kefir with baking soda in a bowl. Then add sugar and salt.
  2. Gradually add flour and knead the dough.
  3. In another bowl, mix the minced meat with spices.
  4. Add chopped onion and garlic.
  5. Put a little dough in the pan. Top with the minced meat. Then cover with dough again. Fry on both sides.

Important points:

Be sureto fryover low heat so that the belyashi do not burn on the bottom and do not remain raw inside.

The onion makes the belyashi extremely juicy.

Without eggs, the dough is very light in taste and does not create a feeling of heaviness.
