Ingredients:
- Chickpeas - 250 g
- Parsley - 10 g
- Mint - 10 g
- Sesame paste - 90 g
- Fennel seeds - 1\3 tsp.
- Cumin seeds - 1\3 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 5 tbsp.
- Beetroot juice - 50 ml
- Garlic - 1 clove
Option 1.
Method of preparation:
- Pour water over the chickpeas and add baking soda. After the legumes have brewed, drain and boil.
- Put them in a blender, add chopped garlic, lemon juice, sesame paste, fennel seeds and cumin seeds, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seeds to taste.
