How to cook hake deliciously: a recipe for a budget dinner dish
Fish is a valuable product that should be in everyone's diet 2-3 times a week in any form. You can cook various dishes from fish, from cutlets to salads, soups, and pies, and it can also be baked, fried, and salted.
Food blogger Polina (polli_cooking ) shared a recipe for delicious hake in a creamy sauce on Instagram, which would be an ideal dinner option.
Ingredients:
- hake fish – 500 g
- cream – 250 ml
- butter – 25 g
- flour – 1 tbsp.
- garlic – 3-4 cloves
- dill or any herbs – a bunch
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the fish, remove the fins, cut into pieces, and sprinkle with spices.
2. Sauce: chop the garlic finely and fry in butter, then add the flour and mix. Add salt, pepper, and cream, stir, and boil the sauce. Add the chopped herbs and stir.
3. Grease the bottom of the mold with the sauce and put the fish, then pour the remaining sauce over the top.
4. Put the fish in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.
Serve the fish hot, and sprinkle with herbs!
