Ingredients:
- garlic arrows
- sour cream
- dried breadcrumbs
- spices: salt, pepper, dried basil and ground bay leaves
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and chop the garlic shoots.
2. Fry them over medium heat until half cooked.
3. Next, add the spices: salt, dried basil, and ground bay leaves. Fry for a few more minutes.
4. Add sour cream, stir and simmer under the lid for a while until the ingredients are combined.
5. Add the dried bread crumbs. Cook for about a few more minutes.
