How to cook fish without odor: to do this, any fish should not be fried, but cooked in an oven or double boiler.

Ingredients:

  • Hake - 1 kg

  • Onion - 2 pcs.

  • Bell pepper - 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes - 400 g
  • Oil - 40 g

Method of preparation:

1. Clean, remove the fins, cut the fish into pieces. Roll the pieces in flour.

3. Cut the pepper into thin slices and the onion into cubes. Instead of fresh tomatoes, you can use canned tomatoes.

4. Stew the onion until transparent, add pepper. When it softens, add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
