When the weather is warm and sunny, you want something refreshing and cool. In this case, okroshka is perfect. Vegetables are poured with completely different dressings: kvass, kefir, whey. But a very good idea would be to combine sour cream and ayran.

Ingredients:

  • boiled sausage - 300 g
  • chicken fillet - 200 g
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • cucumber - 1 pc.
  • radish - 5-6 pcs.
  • green onions, dill to taste

Ingredients:

  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • sour cream - 4-5 tbsp.
  • ayran - 1 liter.

Method of preparation:

1. Boil chicken, eggs and potatoes.

2. Chop all the ingredients.

3. Add salt and pepper.

4. Mix everything well.

5. For the dressing, mix the mustard, sour cream, and ayran in a separate bowl.

6. Pour to the main mass.
