How to cook delicious herring from silver carp: the fish is very juicy and spicy
It is the silver carp that makes delicious herring. This fish has a lot of meat and rather large bones that can be easily removed. The pieces have an attractive appearance, even if they have been in the marinade for a long time. It's just right for mashed potatoes.
The idea of cooking herring from silver carp was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Diana with the nickname diana_diana0910. The fish can be eaten in a day and a half.
Ingredients:
- silver carp - 500 g
- water - 400 ml.
- bay leaves - 2 pcs.
- allspice - 2 pcs.
- peppercorns - 3/4 pcs.
- cloves - 2 pcs.
- salt - 2 tbsp without a slide (if you like salty fish, add more salt)
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. For the marinade, add bay leaves, allspice, peppercorns, salt, sugar to the water.
2. Bring to a boil, simmer for 2 minutes, turn off.
3. Cut the silver carp into pieces.
4. Rinse the fish well under running water.
5. Place on paper towels and pat dry.
6. Put the sprat in a convenient container (can be in a jar).
7. Pour the fish with cold marinade, add oil.
8. Put in the refrigerator for a day and a half (a day and a half).
9. Drain the marinade.
