Ingredients:
- silver carp - 500 g
- water - 400 ml.
- bay leaves - 2 pcs.
- allspice - 2 pcs.
- peppercorns - 3/4 pcs.
- cloves - 2 pcs.
- salt - 2 tbsp without a slide (if you like salty fish, add more salt)
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:

1. For the marinade, add bay leaves, allspice, peppercorns, salt, sugar to the water.
2. Bring to a boil, simmer for 2 minutes, turn off.
Dry the fish with paper towels

3. Cut the silver carp into pieces.
4. Rinse the fish well under running water.

5. Place on paper towels and pat dry.
6. Put the sprat in a convenient container (can be in a jar).
