Bulgur is a very budget-friendly, tasty, and healthy product that is not often cooked compared to buckwheat, rice, and potatoes. However, it is worth noting that bulgur is easier to prepare than any other cereal: just pour boiling water over it and leave it for 20-30 minutes.

Ingredients:
- Bulgur – 150 g
- Hot water – 300 ml
- Onion – 150 g
- Mushrooms – 500 g
- Soft cheese (feta) – 100 g
- Salt – 24 g
- Cumin – 3 g
- Balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp (cannot be replaced with another, if not, then no)
- Coriander – 5 g
- Oil – 4 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the bulgur under running water, put it in a suitable dish, add half the salt. Pour boiling water, cover with a lid or cling film and let stand for 20 minutes. If not all the water is absorbed during this time, simply drain off the excess.
