Ingredients:

  • buckwheat - 1 cup
  • water - 2 cups
  • onion - 1 pc
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • mushrooms - 250 g
  • green peas (frozen) - 1 cup
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper
  • Italian herbs

Method of preparation:

1. Turn on the multicooker's frying mode for 15 minutes.

2. Add oil and fry the whole crushed garlic.

3. Add vegetables in stages: finely chopped onion, then grated carrot, and finally frozen peas.

4. Add the chopped mushrooms.

6. Fry each individual component for 3 minutes, stirring.
