Method of preparation:

1. Rinse the buckwheat under cold running water.

2. Put the groats in a bowl, salt, and pour boiling water 1.5-2 cm above the groats.

3. Cover and leave for 1.5 hours.

4. If there is excess water, you can strain it through a sieve.

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat - 500 g

Method of preparation:

1. Boil buckwheat, and leave to cool.

2. Chop the onion in a blender, and add to the minced meat.

3. Add the egg, black pepper, half a teaspoon of salt to the buckwheat and mix well.

4. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel, and grind them in 5 minutes.

5. Dice the onion for the sauce and fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown.

6. Add the tomatoes, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, black pepper to taste.

7. Chop the garlic and simmer together for about 5 minutes.

8. Put the buckwheat in a foil-covered baking dish and pour the tomato sauce over it.

9. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

10. Sprinkle with herbs.
