How to cook crispy jacket potatoes in just 25 minutes: an easy way
Baked potatoes in their skins can be served as an independent dish or as a side dish to the main course. In any case, the vegetable should be not dry, flavorful and have a golden crust.
Poppy O'Toole, a Michelin-starred chef, shared her recipe on TikTok. Following her recipe, jacket potatoes will always have a crispy crust, and it will take only 25 minutes to cook.
How to cook jacket potatoes
1.Wash the potatoes from dirt and pat dry.
2. Pierce the potatoes with a fork or knife in several places.
3. Lubricate with vegetable oil and put in the microwave at 800W for 6-10 minutes.
4. Put the potatoes in an air grill preheated to 200 degrees for another 15-20 minutes.
5. Make crosswise cuts in the potatoes, but do not cut all the way through.
6. Put butter in the cut and enjoy.
