How to cook chicken fillet to make it juicy and flavorful: a simple idea

Chicken meat is considered dietary because it is very low in fat. Especially fillet. Therefore, to make this product as tasty and juicy as possible, you need to choose the right marinade. And in this case, lemon is perfect. You will need both juice and zest.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- lemon - 1/2 pc
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
Chicken fillet for the dish

- powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- a few sprigs of thyme or rosemary
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the zest from the lemon (grate finely) and squeeze the juice.
2. Add powdered sugar, salt, oil, and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour the marinade over the fillets for at least 30 minutes.
4. You can add a few sprigs of thyme or rosemary.
5. Bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
