How to cook cabbage rolls without steaming cabbage: a lazy version of a lunch dish
If you don't have time to steam the cabbage for cabbage rolls and then wrap the filling in the leaves, use the next option. The ingredients are the same, but the technology is much simpler. You just need to chop the vegetable – it cooks faster when chopped.
