Ingredients:

  • buckwheat – 150 g

  • eggs – 2 pcs

  • salt – to taste
  • vinegar – 1 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Boil buckwheat in salted water for 15 minutes.

2. Cut the onion.

3. Add the peas to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.
