Method of preparation:
1. Cut the large heads of cabbage in half, and leave the small ones as they are.

- Cream
- Butter

- Soy sauce

Method of preparation:
1. Put the cabbage in boiling salted water. Cook for 5 minutes. Then put the pan under cold water to prevent the vegetable from losing its color.
2. Fry the cabbage in olive oil and butter until golden brown. Drizzle with soy sauce and place on a plate.
3. Fry the mushrooms.
