Ingredients:

  • artichokes - 4 pcs.
  • garlic - 8 cloves.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Trim the stems of the artichokes, be sure to cut off the coarse leaves.
  2. Then cut the artichoke in half and cut out the fleshy pink core.
  3. Peel the garlic, cut it in half, and squeeze the lemon juice.
  4. Put each artichoke in a separate piece of foil, and add garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  5. Wrap the artichokes in foil and put them on the grill for 25-30 minutes.

The dish is best served warm.

Ingredients:

  • fresh artichokes - 4 pcs.
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • fresh mushrooms - 10 pcs.
  • turkey meat - 200 g
  • sour cream (at least 25% fat) - 1 tbsp.
  • butter (for frying) 3 tbsp.
  • pomegranate (for decoration) - 1 pc.
  • ground nutmeg - to taste
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash and cut off the top of the artichokes so that the core is visible. Also, remove the stems.
  2. Wash and cut the lemon well and squeeze the juice over the artichokes to help preserve their color.
  3. Using a teaspoon, carefully remove the center leaves in the artichokes to make it look like a "cup".
  4. Stuffing: pass the fillet through a meat grinder, wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices, fry them together in vegetable oil, season well with salt and pepper.
  5. Put the minced meat in a suitable dish and let it cool completely.
  6. Then add the egg, nutmeg, sour cream, a little more salt to taste, and pepper.
  7. You can stuff the artichokes with the minced meat.
  8. Place them in a double boiler for 25-30 minutes.

You can eat with fresh vegetables and sour cream.
