The liver is a very specific product with a slightly bitter taste and dense texture. Therefore, this product needs to be cooked properly. The best option is to stew the meat in a sauce. And it should be made based on honey.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of chicken or turkey liver
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp with a slide of tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp of sour cream
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 150-200 ml of water
  • salt and pepper

1. Pour boiling water over the liver to make it easier to work with.

2. Peel and cut into desired pieces.

3. Chop the onion as desired.

4. Mix tomato paste, sour cream and honey.

5. Add water and mix until smooth.

6. Fry the onion in a preheated frying pan until soft.

7. Add the liver and fry until half-cooked.

8. Season with salt and pepper.

9. Pour the sauce and simmer until tender.
