Turkey with corn and mushrooms

Ingredients:
- fillet - 4 pcs.
- corn - 6-8 ears
- red pepper - 3 pcs.
- oil - 100 ml
- mushrooms - 400 g
- garlic - 3 cloves.
- honey - 1 tsp.
- turmeric - 1 tsp.
- rosemary - 1-2 sprigs
Method of preparation:
- <b>For the dressing:</b> mix the oil, lemon juice, honey, turmeric, crushed garlic, salt.
- Chop the mushrooms and peppers and pour over this sauce.
- Put the fillets in the marinade and leave for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 170 C, put the cooked meat and corn on a baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add the vegetables and rosemary and bake at 180 C for another 30 minutes.
