How to combine pumpkin with meat deliciously: an idea for a budget-friendly seasonal dish
Pumpkin is a product that is suitable for baking and desserts, and it also goes well with meat. It's especially delicious with chicken, as its rather dry texture becomes very tender and juicy. In addition, everything is cooked very quickly in a frying pan.

Ingredients:
- 350 g of chicken meat
- 250 g of pumpkin
- 0.5 large onions
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 tbsp of oil
- 350 ml of cream
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp of dried garlic
- 1/4 tsp of ground coriander
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pumpkin and chicken into cubes of approximately the same size.
2. Cut the onion into half rings and chop the garlic with a knife.
3. Fry the onion until transparent, add the garlic, and fry everything together until golden brown.
4. Add the pumpkin and fry until golden brown. Add the chicken and fry until white.
5. Pour in the cream, add salt and spices, and simmer under the lid until tender (about 20-25 minutes).
