How to close tomatoes for the winter without vinegar: they will be like fresh
Pickled tomatoes in jars are a delicious and juicy snack for all occasions. Perfectly salted vegetables are firm and do not crack. To achieve this, it is important to observe the proportions and make a good marinade.

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes
Marinade:
- water - 1 liter
- salt - 1 tbsp
- sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare the jars and lids, namely sterilize and dry them.
2. Next, you need to prepare the marinade. To do this, mix all the necessary ingredients.
3. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half or into large slices. Put them in sterile jars.
4. Fill the jars with the marinade.
5. Put a napkin on the bottom of a large saucepan and pour cold water. Put the jars in the pot (the water in the pot should reach no higher than the neck of the jars). Turn on the heat, bring to a boil and sterilize for 15 minutes.
6. Remove the sterilized tomatoes from the pan and roll up the lids. Store in a cool place.
