A ripe avocado has a delicate, creamy, and soft texture and a nutty flavor. This product is best suited for breakfast, but it can also be eaten during the day. Avocado with lime and salt on toast with an egg is very tasty.

Avocado toast

Ingredients:

  • lettuce leaves - 1 pack
  • cucumber - 1 pc.
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • green onions - 1 bunch
  • smoked chicken fillet - 150 g
Avocado dishes
  • hard cheese - 100 g
  • boiled eggs - 4-5 pcs.
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • soy sauce
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the avocado, cucumber and chicken into strips.

2. Dice the cheese, and grate some on a coarse grater.

3. Divide the boiled eggs into 4 parts.

5. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a separate bowl.

Salad with avocado and eggs

6. Mix all ingredients except eggs and grated cheese, season with sauce, add salt and pepper to taste, and place in a large bowl.

7. Garnish the salad with eggs and sprinkle with grated cheese.
