Ingredients:

  • pork/brisket - 1 kg.
  • salt - 2 tsp.
  • mustard - 2 tsp.
  • garlic - 5-7 cloves
  • Italian herb mix - 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Make deep punctures in the meat.

2. Mix salt, mustard, Italian herbs, and garlic.

3. Rub the underbelly with this mixture. Do the same in the incisions.

4. Put in a baking sleeve.

5. Cook in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 1.5 hours.

6. Turn off the oven and let the meat cool in the oven.
