You don't have to peel new potatoes to make them delicious. You can bake the vegetable right in the skin. It tastes delicious when drizzled with homemade garlic sauce.
The idea of cooking baked new potatoes with garlic was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname viktoria__cooking. The sauce is based on butter.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1 kg.
- oil - 4-5 tbsp.
- sweet paprika - 1 tsp.
- dried garlic - 1 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Ingredients for the sauce:
- butter - 50 g
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes well and dry them with a paper towel.
2. Add oil, all spices and mix thoroughly.
3. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
4. Bake at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes (depending on your oven).
5. For the sauce, mix melted butter, garlic, dill and pour it over the potatoes before serving.
