How to bake meat with spices deliciously
It is quite possible to cook tasty and juicy meat even with a few products. All you need to do is choose the right spices and cooking method. One such method is meat with spices in foil. This dish is suitable for both festive and everyday meals.
Food blogger Oksana Bilinska (oxana_bil) shared a recipe for baked meat with spices in foil on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- pork - 2 kg.
Marinade:
- ground black pepper - 1 tbsp.
- ground paprika - 1/2 tsp.
- ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp.
- ground ginger - 1/3 tsp.
- ground coriander - 1/3 tsp.
- marjoram - 1/3 tsp.
- ground hot pepper - 1/4 tsp.
- salt - 2 tsp.
- mustard - 2 tsp.
- oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
2. Lubricate the meat on all sides, place in a bowl, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
3. Then fry the meat in a pan over high heat on both sides for 4-5 minutes. A minute before you turn the meat to the other side, add just 10 g of butter for a good flavor.
4. Put the roasted meat on foil and seal it hermetically to prevent juice from leaking.
5. Bake at 220 degrees for 10 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and bake until tender.
6. At the end of cooking, open the foil and cook the meat for another 10 minutes in the grill mode or simply at the maximum temperature.
