How to bake mackerel with processed cheese and potatoes: recipe for a hearty lunch dish
Fish is a must-have product that should be in everyone's diet 2-3 times a week. You can eat fish in any form. You can make cutlets, salads, or simply bake it deliciously with vegetables and sauces.

Ingredients:
- freshly frozen mackerel - 1 pc.
- processed cheese - 2 packs
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- garlic - 1 clove.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- potatoes
- hard cheese - 30 g
- sour cream - 1-2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water for 20 minutes. Then cut into slices.
2. Defrost and clean the fish, gut it, cut off the head and tail, and remove bones to make a fillet. Wash, salt, pepper, and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
3. Grate the processed cheese, finely chop the onion and garlic, and mix everything.
4. Place one part of the fish in a baking dish, top with the cheese mixture, cover with the other part of the fish and brush with sour cream.
5. Put the potatoes around the fish, season with pepper and salt. You can also add potato seasoning. Put in the oven at 180 C for 20-30 minutes. Then sprinkle the finished dish with grated cheese and put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
