How to bake juicy and lean ribs: the meat will melt in your mouth

These ribs can easily replace barbecue. And you can cook them right in the oven. The meat is soft and juicy. And most importantly, it is low-fat.

The idea of cooking tender and juicy ribs in the oven was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yana (gordynovskaya). For this recipe, you will need foil.

Ingredients:

  • pork ribs
  • barbecue sauce
  • sweet mustard
  • honey - 1.5 tbsp
  • salt
  • black pepper, coriander, smoked paprika, dry garlic

Method of preparation:

1. Remove excess fat from the ribs, including the film.

2. Rub with mustard.

3. Season with salt and seasonings on both sides.

4. Wrap in 2 layers of foil.

5. Bake at 150 degrees for 2 hours.

6. Take out the ribs.

7. Turn the meat side up and brush with barbecue sauce mixed with honey.

8. Bake at 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes (depending on your oven).
