Chicken meat is ideal for baking because it cooks quickly enough and does not require much preparation. It tastes especially good when a delicious crispy crust forms on top and the center becomes soft and juicy. To achieve this effect, you need to prepare the right marinade.
The idea of cooking chicken drumsticks with a crust was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna Dimitrova (iriska_dimitrova). The marinade is made with honey and soy sauce.
Ingredients:
- 700 g of chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp of ketchup
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of curry
- 0.5 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Mix everything for the marinade.
2. Fill in the lower legs.
3. Mix well.
4. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
5. Bake at 190 – 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Turn it over several times during the process.
