The mushroom season has begun! This means that millions of Ukrainians will be enjoying a lot of seasonal dishes. Each of them will be endowed with an extraordinary taste and flavor that cannot be compared to anything else.

In our country, like in many others, porcini mushrooms are the most popular. They are used to prepare many different dishes, the taste of which will not leave anyone indifferent. But you need to know how to cook porcini mushrooms properly. Only then will it be possible to feel their full taste and structure without harming your health. How to do it right is explained on one of YouTube channels.

First, wash and clean the mushrooms thoroughly. Then cut them into slices of the desired size. Put the sliced mushrooms in a pot of water and turn on the heat. The water does not need to be salted. After the water has boiled, remove the foam and boil the mushrooms for 20-30 minutes. Drain the water from the pot and set the mushrooms aside.

Then you should do with the mushrooms what you like best. They can be seasoned with spices, dressed with sour cream, and stewed. You can simply fry them in a pan with onions or you can make a soup or casserole. The main thing is that the mushrooms are already boiled and will not harm the body.
