Honey gingerbread recipe
Ingredients:
- eggs – 2 pcs
- sugar – 130 g
- honey – 2 tbsp
- baking soda – 0.5 tsp
- cinnamon – 1 tbsp
- flour – 1.5 cups
Honey gingerbread without kefir and milk
Method of preparation:
1. Mix honey, sugar, eggs, and baking soda. Stir well.
2. Add cinnamon, and stir.
3. Add flour and knead the dough. It will stick a little to your hands.
A simple recipe for honey gingerbread
4. Form balls with your hands, put them on parchment, flattening them slightly with your hands.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
