  • Flour - 150 g
  • Kefir - 200 ml
  • Egg -1 pc.
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt - a pinch

Preparation method:

  1. 2 times sift the flour through a sieve, add baking soda, salt, leavening agent, mix everything thoroughly.
  2. In a separate bowl beat eggs with kefir and sugar, add the egg mixture to the flour and mix well until homogeneous.
  3. Melt the vegetable oil and add to the dough, mix everything once again.
  4. Heat the electric waffle iron well, after - pour 2 tablespoons of batter on each mold, close and bake for 5 minutes.

  • Flour - 50 g

  • Soda - 0.25 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. for greasing the waffle iron.

Preparation method:

  1. Oat flakes fry in a dry pan, then - pour into a blender and whisk to a flour.
  2. In a separate container, combine the ground oatmeal, wheat flour, sugar, salt, leavening agent and baking soda, mix thoroughly.
  3. Melt butter, add egg, kefir, flour mixture and mix well until smooth.
  4. Heat waffle iron, place the batter and bake for about 5 minutes.

Ready waffles are best served with yogurt, vegetables, fish.
