Ingredients:

  • chicken - 600 g
  • broth - 200 ml
  • gelatin - 30 g
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • beetroot juice - 20 ml
  • seasoning: paprika, black pepper and salt - 2/3 tsp

Ingredients:

  • whole chicken - 1.2 kg
  • onion - 1 pc
  • white part of green onions
  • carrot - 1 pc
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt - 1 tbsp
Chicken broth.

Method of preparation:

1. Bring the first broth to a boil and drain.

2. Put the meat back on the stove, add carrots, onions, and garlic.

3. After the chicken is cooked, beat it in a blender.

Spices.

4. Add spices, beet juice, broth and gelatin.

5. Put in a bottle and leave in the refrigerator for a day.
