Homemade plant milk: ideal for fasting and healthy

Vegetable milk from any kind of nut has a number of advantages. It does not contain lactose, but is enriched with a variety of vitamins and nutrients. It is also ideal during fasting, when you want to drink coffee with milk in the morning.
Food blogger Kristina Buleziuk shared her recipe for making lean milk from nuts. On Instagram, she also said that it is universal for all kinds of nuts.
Ingredients
- Unroasted nuts - 1 cup
- Water - 4 cups
Method of preparation
1. Pour cold water over the nuts and leave to soak for 4-8 hours.
2. Drain and rinse the nuts.
3. Pour in clean water and start blending with a blender.
4. Strain the milk from the remaining nuts.
5. You can use the remaining pulp for baking.
6. Milk can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
