Homemade Oreo cake with ice cream

If you've been wanting to make an unusual cake for a long time, now is the time. This delicious no-bake dessert made with cookies and ice cream will definitely become one of your favorites, and your favorite fruit can become the highlight.

Chef, TV presenter, and judge of the MasterChef Ukraine project Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared an easy and delicious recipe for an ice cream and Oreo cookie cake on his Instagram page (to watch the video, scroll to the end).

Ingredients:

  • Oreo cookies - 54 pcs
  • butter - 10 tbsp
  • heavy cream - 1 liter
  • vanilla extract - 2 tbsp
  • condensed milk - 1 can
  • fruit to your taste for decoration

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat Oreo cookies in a blender or by hand, add butter, and mix until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture into 2 parts, put both into baking dishes, and put them in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours.
  3. To make the ice cream, whip the cream well and add vanilla and condensed milk.
  4. Spread the finished frozen dough with ice cream, cover with a second layer of dough and refrigerate for another 3-4 hours.

Before serving, decorate the cake with fruit, nuts or chocolate.
