Ingredients:
- tofu cheese - 115 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- mushrooms - 250
- herbs - 3 tbsp.
- oil - 1-2 tbsp.
- mixture of peppers - 3 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
- Cut the onion into cubes, wash the mushrooms and cut them as well - you can use a medium cube.
- Fry them in vegetable oil until tender - about 10 minutes.
- Put them in a bowl, add herbs, a mixture of peppers and salt, mix and add the diced tofu.
2. Cheese filling
Ingredients:
- Suluguni cheese - 500 g
- butter - 50 g
Method of preparation:
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add the melted, cooled butter, mix thoroughly.
3. Potato filling
Hinkali can be made with potato filling
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 700 g
- onions - 70 g
- vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp
- Suluguni cheese - 300 g
- ground black pepper - a pinch
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Boil the potatoes, make a not very liquid mash out of them.
- Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil, add to the pot with the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
- Grate the cheese and add to the potatoes.

Ingredients:
- fillet - 300-400 g
- dill, parsley, green onions, cilantro - 30 g each
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
How to cook:
- Boil the fillet, cut into small cubes.
- Wash the greens, chop and mix with the fillet, salt and pepper.
5. Fish

- onion - 1 pc.
- parsley - 1 bunch
- vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Boil the fish, cut into medium slices.
- Finely chop the onion and fry, then add to the fish.
- Wash the parsley, chop it finely and add it to the fish, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
