Ingredients:

• cream 33% – 500 ml
• condensed milk – 190 ml
• chocolate bar – 1 pc
• biscuits – 26 pcs

Method of preparation:

1. All ingredients are well chilled.

2. Chop the chocolate with a knife into crumbs.

3. Whip the cream well with a mixer – it should hold its shape.

4. Add condensed milk, and whisk a little.

5. Pour in the chopped chocolate, and make the mass homogeneous.

6. Put the cookies in an even layer in the mold.

7. Top with whipped cream, smooth.

8. Cover with a layer of cookies.

9. Put in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

10. Carefully cut between the cookies.
