How to cook honey cake on kefir

Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 50 g
- honey - 120 g
- kefir - 120 ml
- baking soda - 1 tsp.
- flour - 200 g
- raisins - 70 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until puffy light mass.

2. Add honey and continue to whisk.
3. Add kefir and baking soda. Mix again.

4. Add flour, cinnamon and raisins. Stir until smooth. The dough will turn out rather sparse.
