Homemade cheese cracker without eggs: only 15 minutes to prepare
Cracker is a light, crispy, and delicious cookie that is loved by everyone, from adults to children. They are prepared very simply and quickly from basic dough and in a very short time.
Cook Roksolana (roksolana.harasymiv) shared a recipe for a delicious, crispy homemade cracker on Instagram that takes only 15 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 100 g
- hard cheese – 30-40 g
- butter – 2 tsp
- flour – 3-4 tbsp
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater, add cottage cheese, butter, flour, and knead the dough well.
2. Gather the dough into a ball, put it in cling film, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Then sprinkle the surface and roll out the dough to 3-4 mm, cut into squares.
4. Use a fork to make punctures, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.
The finished cookies will be delicious both cold and hot.
